Arrival in Hanoi - Transfer to Hotel & PM City Tour (-)

Day 1 of 13

On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your downtown hotel. (Early check-in and breakfast are not included today.)

Afternoon city tour: the Ho Chi Minh Complex including the Mausoleum (from outside), the former stilt-house residence and Presidential Palace (from outside), and the One Pillar Pagoda (founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049). Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university (1070), then a walking tour through the Old Quarter.

Optional evening: local beer on Ta Hien Street, live music and shopping. Overnight in Hanoi.

B2B tip:Flights from India usually land midday, so the PM city tour fits arrival-day clients perfectly. Sell early check-in as a paid add-on (not included) for red-eye arrivals.

Hanoi - Hoa Lu and Trang An - Hanoi (B)

Day 2 of 13

After breakfast, a 2-hour drive through countryside to Hoa Lu, capital of Vietnam under the Dinh and Le Dynasties (968-1009 AD); visit the Dinh and Le Temples.

Afternoon three-hour sampan ride through the Trang An ecological site, a network of limestone caves, valleys and waterways. Return to Hanoi late afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi.

B2B tip:

Trang An (UNESCO) is calmer and more scenic than Tam Coc; good upsell for photography-focused Indian families. Rowers expect a small tip, set client expectations in advance.

Hanoi - Sapa - PM Cat Cat Village & Waterfall (B)

Day 3 of 13

Early pick-up at 07:00 and drive to Sapa via the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway then the mountain road, arriving around 12:15 for check-in.

At 14:00 walk down to Cat Cat village, home of the Black Hmong, see the Cat Cat waterfall and terraced rice fields before returning to Sapa. Overnight in Sapa.

Tour summary: road transfer approx. 5.5-6 hours; walking and village visit approx. 3 hours.

B2B tip:

Long transfer day; pre-book the shuttle limousine front seats for older guests. Sapa is cold Jan-Mar, advise warm layers, many Indian clients underpack for it.

Sapa - Fansipan Cable Car, Silver Waterfall - Hanoi (B)

Day 4 of 13

At 08:00 transfer to the Fansipan cable car station; 20-minute ride to 2,800m, then up to 600 steps to the peak of Fansipan, the Roof of Indochina. 11:30 return and stops at Tram Ton Pass and Silver Waterfall.

14:00-14:15 depart for Hanoi by expressway, arriving around 20:00. Overnight in Hanoi.

B2B tip:

The summit funicular from the upper station is a paid extra worth flagging for guests who ca ot climb the 600 steps. Sell it on the proposal so there is no surprise on site.

Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight on Cruise (B, L, D) Group Tour

08:00 pick-up and a 2.5-3 hour drive to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Area. Board the cruise, enjoy lunch, visit a fishing village by rowing boat, see the floating school and pearl farms, then sunset and a seafood di er on board. Overnight on the cruise.

Confirm Jain / vegetarian / no-beef meal requirements with the cruise at booking, group cruises need 48h notice. Cabin allocation is by the operator; request bay-view cabins early.

Halong Bay Cruising - Hanoi - Flight to Danang (B, Brunch) Group Tour

Day 6 of 13

Morning swim or Tai Chi, breakfast, then a guided visit to a limestone cave. Brunch while cruising back to harbour, transfer to Hanoi and on to Noi Bai Airport for the flight to Danang. On arrival, transfer to hotel. Overnight in Danang.

Tight co ection day; book the Hanoi-Danang flight no earlier than 17:00 to absorb cruise delays. Domestic flights are excluded, quote them separately.

Danang - Free Morning - PM Marble Mountains, Coconut Village - Hoi An (B)

Free morning. Afternoon visit to the Marble Mountains (Ngu Hanh Son) and Linh Ung Pagoda. Continue to Cam Thanh village for a basket boat ride through the coconut palm forest, then the Hoi An Ancient Town walking tour and Japanese Covered Bridge, ending with a lantern boat trip on the Hoai River. Overnight in Danang.

Hoi An is best 16:00 onward when lanterns light up, keep the PM start. Marble Mountains has an elevator (small fee) for guests who ca ot manage the stairs.

Danang - Golden Bridge & Ba Na Hills - Dragon Bridge (B)

08:00 drive to Ba Na Hills by the famous cable car. Visit the Golden Bridge, Le Jardin D'Amour (9 gardens) and Linh Ung Pagoda, then the French Village and Fantasy Park. 15:00 return, stopping at the Dragon Bridge (a 666m steel dragon). Overnight in Danang.

Go up early; Golden Bridge crowds peak 10:00-12:00. Dragon Bridge breathes fire and water only Sat/Sun 21:00, mention timing if clients want the show.

Danang - AM Flight to Phu Quoc - Transfer to Hotel (B)

Morning flight to Phu Quoc (transit in Ho Chi Minh City). On arrival, transfer to hotel. Free time at leisure. Overnight in Phu Quoc.
