Day 1 of 5

Arrival in Hanoi and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon half-day city tour: Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake, the Opera House, the Old Quarter and the famous Train Street. Lunch and di er at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

Conference / Meeting Day (B, L, D)

Day 2 of 5

Full conference day at the auditorium. Theatre-style setup (07:30-11:30 and 13:30-21:00) with basic audio and lighting, floor carpeting, one projection screen, wireless internet and two microphones per meeting room. Tea and coffee breaks with cookies, packed lunch at the auditorium and evening snacks. Di er at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

End-to-end vehicle provided for the full day.

Hanoi - Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu & Tam Coc) - Hanoi (B, L, D)

Day trip to Ninh Binh: Hoa Lu, capital of Vietnam under the Dinh and Le Dynasties (968-1009 AD), and a sampan ride through the limestone karsts of Tam Coc, known as the 'Halong Bay of the land'. Lunch and di er at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

Hanoi - Halong Bay Day Cruise 6 Hours - Hanoi (B, L, D)

Day 4 of 5

Private transfer to Halong Bay (approx. 3.5-4 hours each way) for a 6-hour shared day cruise: a limestone cave, a beach stop and kayaking. Return to Hanoi. Lunch and di er at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.
