B2B tip:

Three countries, three visa regimes, send the client a single visa checklist (Vietnam e-visa, Cambodia and Laos visa-on-arrival with photos) at booking to avoid airport issues.

2

Hanoi City Tour - Full Day (B)

Day 2 of 12

Full-day city tour: the Ho Chi Minh Complex (Mausoleum from outside), the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature (Vietnam's first university, 1070) and a walking tour through the Old Quarter with a cyclo ride and Hoan Kiem Lake. Overnight in Hanoi.

B2B tip:

The Mausoleum closes Mon/Fri afternoons and for a ual maintenance (usually Sep-Nov), confirm before promising the visit.

3

Hanoi - Halong Bay Day Cruise - Hanoi (B, L) - SIC

Day 3 of 12

Drive to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Area, for a day cruise with lunch on board. Visit a limestone cave, see the karst seascape, and cruise back before returning to Hanoi in the evening. Overnight in Hanoi.

B2B tip:

This is a join-in (SIC) day cruise with a late return (~21:00); for premium clients pitch the overnight cruise upgrade instead.

4

Hanoi - Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (B)

Day 4 of 12

Free time until transfer to Noi Bai Airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, transfer to hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

B2B tip:

Hanoi-Saigon flight is excluded, quote separately. A morning flight frees the afternoon for an optional add-on city walk.

5

Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tu els and City Tour (B)

Day 5 of 12

Drive to the Cu Chi Tu els, the underground network used during the Vietnam War, and tour the system with your guide. Return for lunch (own cost). Afternoon city tour: the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post Office and Binh Tay Market. Back to hotel around 18:00. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

B2B tip:

Cu Chi is ~1.5h each way; start early to beat heat and crowds. The optional shooting range is paid on site, not included. Describe war history factually and let the guide lead the tone.

6

Ho Chi Minh City - Explore the Mekong Delta (B)

Day 6 of 12

Head south to My Tho, stopping at Vinh Trang Pagoda. Boat trip on the Tien River past the My Tho fish market and the four islands. Visit Con Phung (Phoenix Island) coconut handicrafts and Thoi Son Island for a coconut candy workshop, honey tea, fresh fruit and traditional Tai Tu music, then a sampan ride through a canal. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

B2B tip:

Private Mekong boat (included) beats the join-in trips, highlight it. Hot and humid year-round, advise hats and water.

7

Ho Chi Minh City - Bus to Phnom Penh & City Tour (B)

Day 7 of 12

Transfer by coach to Phnom Penh. On arrival, explore the Royal Palace complex, the Throne Hall, the Napoleon III Pavilion and the Silver Pagoda (with its gold Buddha studded with 9,584 diamonds). Continue to the National Museum and Wat Phnom, the hill shrine that gives the city its name. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

B2B tip:

The Saigon-Phnom Penh bus is ~6h with a border stop, prep clients for the Cambodia visa-on-arrival (US$36 + photo) at Bavet/Moc Bai. Royal Palace has a strict dress code (covered shoulders/knees).

B2B tip:

Long road day (~6h). Skun's fried-spider stop is a fun photo op but optional, gauge the client first. Consider selling the Phnom Penh-Siem Reap flight as a time-saving upgrade.

9

Siem Reap - Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm (B)

Day 9 of 12

Early start to Ta Prohm, the tree-covered temple, then Angkor Wat, the world's largest religious building, built in the 12th century by King Suryavarman II. Afternoon at Angkor Thom: the Terrace of the Leper King, the Terrace of Elephants, the Baphuon and the Bayon, masterpiece of King Jayavarman VII. Sunset from Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in Siem Reap.

B2B tip:

Full-day temple circuit in heat, modest dress is enforced at Angkor Wat's upper level. Phnom Bakheng caps sunset visitors at 300, arrive by 16:00. Sell a private guide for the history.

10

Tonle Sap Boat Trip & Afternoon Flight to Luang Prabang (B)

Day 10 of 12

Morning visit to a floating village on the Tonle Sap Lake, then transfer to Siem Reap International Airport for the flight to Luang Prabang. On arrival, transfer to hotel. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

B2B tip:

Siem Reap-Luang Prabang flight is excluded and often routes via a hub, quote and confirm timing early. Tonle Sap water is low in the dry season, manage expectations.

11

B2B tip:

Pack swimwear for Kuang Si. Luang Prabang is a calm UNESCO town, position it as the relaxed finale after busy Vietnam and Cambodia legs.

12

Luang Prabang - Pak Ou Caves & Departure (B)

Day 12 of 12

Optional early morning alms-giving ceremony. Morning Mekong River cruise to the Pak Ou Caves, a 16th-century cave monastery filled with thousands of Buddha images, with a stop at a Lao rice-whisky village en route. Transfer to the airport for departure.

Brief clients on alms-giving etiquette (keep distance, no flash, dress modestly). Time the Pak Ou cruise against the departure flight, allow a buffer for the river return.
