Day 1 of 7

Met at Tan Son Nhat Airport and transferred to your hotel. Afternoon city tour: the Reunification Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office and Binh Tay Market. Back to hotel around 18:00.

Ho Chi Minh City - Explore the Mekong Delta (B, D)

Day 2 of 7

08:00 head to My Tho and board a boat on the Mekong River past the four islands and Rach Mieu Bridge. On Thoi Son (Unicorn Island) enjoy honey tea; on An Hoa Island a coconut candy workshop, horse-carriage ride, tropical fruit, traditional music and a sampan canal ride. Stop at Vinh Trang Pagoda. Return around 17:00.

Ho Chi Minh City - Cao Dai Temple & Cu Chi Tu els (B, D)

Day 3 of 7

Drive 2 hours to Tay Ninh, centre of the Cao Dai religion (founded 1926); watch the noon mass at the Holy See Temple. After lunch, visit the Cu Chi Tu els, the underground network used during the Vietnam War. Return to Saigon around 17:30. Di er at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Phnom Penh City Tour - Bus to Siem Reap (B, D)

Morning city tour: the Royal Palace, Throne Hall, Napoleon III Pavilion and the Silver Pagoda; the Independence Monument, King Norodom Statue, Chaktomuk Riverside, NagaWorld and Wat Phnom. Afternoon coach to Siem Reap; di er at a local restaurant.

Siem Reap - Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom & Ta Prohm (B, D)

08:00 visit Angkor Thom: the Terrace of the Leper King, the Baphuon and the Bayon Temple, masterpiece of King Jayavarman VII. Continue to Ta Prohm, the tree-covered temple where Tomb Raider was filmed. Afternoon at Angkor Wat, the world's largest religious building, then sunset at Phnom Bakheng.

Overnight in Siem Reap.
