Ho Chi Minh City to Phu Quoc for Family 6 Days

When you arrive at Tan Son Nhat International airport, you'll be welcome by one of our representative and transferred to your hotel in the downtown to leave luggage. (Early check-in and breakfast are NOT included, if you don’t book early check-in, you might consider to proceed with the city tour for 4 hours and return to hotel for check-in later on)

In the afternoon, you'll embark on a guided city tour starting with the War Museum, Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace for the president of the South of Vietnam, the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post office to get good shots for our memory of the big, modern city of Vietnam. The trip also takes in Ben Thanh market with time for shopping.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

At 08.00 AM, you'll head south to My Tho pier to board a boat on the Mekong River for a sight-seeing of the four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, Phoenix and Rach Mieu bridge. Heading to Thoi Son (Unicorn Island, the biggest island in this area which is about 1.200 square hectare and about 11 km long) to see bee hives and enjoy honey tea at local house. Continuing to An Hoa Island, Ben Tre province to visit a coconut candy workshop. Taking horse-carriage ride (or electric cart) along the village road. Resting at a farm-house to enjoy some fresh tropical fruits and listen to some traditional music performed by local people. Rowing small boat (sampan) along a beautiful natural canal and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the countryside. Returning to My Tho city and enjoy fresh coconut on the boat.

Return to My Tho Pier where your private vehicle will take you back to Ho Chi Minh City with stop en-route to visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, one of the an oldest in Southern Vietnam. The pagoda is also known as the largest pagoda and the most special architecture in Mekong Delta. Its architecture was influenced by Vietnamese culture and Khmer culture as well as European architecture. Return to your hotel at around 17.00.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast, you will drive to Cu Chi Tu els where you will visit the amazing network of underground tu els was used during the Vietnam War by the Viet Cong. This huge construction was a habitation for villagers in the war time. With 3 levels of depth, it was never discovered by the US during the Vietnam War despite its proximity to Saigon. Visit the fighting tu el system with your local guide.

Return to Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to airport for a short flight to Phu Quoc. On arrival, pick up and transfer to chosen hotel/resort.

Overnight in Phu Quoc

After breakfast, transfer to visit Vi Safari to explore Vietnam's first and only open zoo featuring zones modeled after the original habitats of wild animals. Adventure at the world’s leading semi-wild zoo with 2 subdivisions:

Back to childhood, immersed in ancient fairy tales such as Magical World, The Secret Village, etc.

Visiting the world’s largest turtle-shaped Neptune Palace aquarium.

Watching the spectacular Mermaid show.

After having fun and full day experience, return to hotel in the late afternoon

Evening you will then be taken to explore Grand World Phu Quoc – The City That Never Sleeps including.

Visit Urban Park - a contemporary art park.

Check in at Legend of Bamboo - Vietnam’s largest bamboo construction.

Discover Shanghai Lantern Street.

Shop at the Grand World walking street.

Visit Glass Bridge & Clock Tower.
