Danang Arrival - PM City Tour (no meal)

Day 1 of 6

Met on arrival and transferred to your hotel. (Check-in 14:00; early check-in and breakfast not included today.)

Afterwards visit My Khe Beach, voted one of the most beautiful beaches by Forbes, walk across the Dragon Bridge (Gui ess World Record largest steel dragon), and if time permits, Han Market, known for fresh seafood, fruit and local specialities.

Overnight in Danang.

Dragon Bridge breathes fire and water Sat/Sun 21:00 only. Late-night arrivals (22:00-06:00) carry a guide and vehicle surcharge; check the flight wave.

AM Free - PM Coconut Village & Hoi An Lantern Boat (B)

Day 2 of 6

Free morning. Afternoon at Cam Thanh village for a basket boat ride, boat racing, crab catching and a row through the coconut palm forest (1 coconut per person included). Continue to Hoi An Ancient Town (2-way electric car included) and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, then a lantern boat trip on the Hoai River (30-minute ride, 1 lantern per person).

Overnight in Danang.

B2B tip:

Hoi An is best from late afternoon when lanterns light up, keep the PM slot. Electric car through the old town is included, useful for large groups.

Danang - Golden Bridge & Ba Na Hills - Danang (B, L)

Day 3 of 6

08:00 drive to Ba Na Hills by one of the world's longest cable cars. Visit the Golden Bridge, Le Jardin D'Amour (9 gardens) and Linh Ung Pagoda, then the French Village, Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple, buffet lunch and Fantasy Park. 15:00 return to your hotel.

Overnight in Danang.

Not included: Alpine Coaster, Wax Museum (~US$5/person), Debay Wine Cellar (~US$5/person) and coin games at Fantasy Park.

B2B tip:

Go up early to beat Golden Bridge crowds. Buffet lunch at Ba Na is included, the only included lunch in this programme.

AM Flight to Hanoi - PM City Tour (B)

Day 4 of 6

Morning flight to Hanoi; transfer to your hotel to leave luggage. Lunch at an Indian restaurant. Afternoon city tour: Ba Dinh Square, the Ho Chi Minh Complex (Mausoleum from outside only, closed afternoons and all day Monday and Friday), the house-on-stilts, fishpond and the One Pillar Pagoda (founded 1049). Continue to Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of Hanoi's oldest, and the Train Street (coffee at own expense).

Overnight in Hanoi.

B2B tip:

Mausoleum closes Mon/Fri afternoons. Train Street access depends on cafe permissions and train times, confirm on the day.

Hanoi - Halong Bay Day Trip with 6-Hour Private Cruise (B)

Day 5 of 6

08:00 pick-up for a ~2.5 hour drive through the Red River Delta to Halong City. Board a private cruise boat and sail to the centre of the bay past Fighting Cocks, Duck, Finger, Incense Burner and Stone Dogs islets. 14:00 visit Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, Halong Bay's largest. Then either a floating house and bamboo boat trip, or Ti Top Island for a swim or hike to the panoramic viewpoint. 17:00 cruise back to Tuan Chau Marina and return to Hanoi in the evening.

Overnight in Hanoi.

B2B tip:

Private 6-hour boat (no meals) is a cost-saver versus a full-board cruise, but brief clients that lunch is not included. Boatmen tip ~US$1/trip. Long day (~5h road round trip).

Not included: food on the cruise, bamboo boat and kayaking.

Day 6 of 6

Free time until transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your onward journey or departure flight.

Check-out 12:00 (noon); late check-out not included.
